Our business is constantly seeking oppurtunities to establish relationships in our sector. We are in the business of delivering high quality, innovative, anti-corrosive solutions for our partners utilizing the Thermal Metal Spray Technology. We aim at long term contacts on the basis of large scale production and at short-run project based partnerships.
We serve our clients the best where other, conventional anti-corrosive solutions fail. Be it highly corrosive environments, overscale sturctures unfit for hot-dip galvanization, niche industry segments or off-site production. Our technology and equipment enables the on-site, high-quality, anti-corrosive treatment of steel structures.
The environmental footprint of our process is significantly lower compared to other, conventional galvanization techniques.
Activities
We provide high quality anti-corrosive and decorative coatings and solutions. We manufacture custom designed extreme wide span cantilever gates with complete coating solutions. Furthermore, we have developed expertise in automotive and architectural restoration besides treating traditional steel constructions in our facilities or at the site of our clients.
The wide range of our references hand in hand with relevant practical and theoretical knowledge enable us to provide targeted, high-quality, anti-corrosive solutions for railway bridges, oil rigs (petrochemical equipment), chemical industry applications, fertilizer plants, commercial truck and military vehicle chassis. Furthermore, we use the Thermal Metal Spray technology to restore recreational, Oldtimer vehicle chassis and to treat steel constructions in critical corrosive enviroments such as the marine, salt-water envrionment of wind power plant parts, delivering the quality required by the renewable energy industry.
Next to its main activities, our company is invested in research and development exploring the bonding characteristics and extreme anti-corrosive efficiency of Hot Spray Polyurea coatings on surfaces treated with the Thermal Spray Aluminium solution under different circumstances. To achieve this we are currently collaborating with one of the major European producer and innovator of polyurea.
